I’m in my last semester before I graduate with a bachelor’s degree, and I’m having financial troubles. It can be a struggle to have food money, so I’d like to ask for prayer for something very specific. Please pray that God will provide me with the money for a meal plan on campus that will cover me until I graduate. If I have a meal plan, then I know I’ll have a good meal no matter how the finances look, and that should help me focus and get through. Also, it should be cheaper long term. God promises to give us our daily bread, so I believe He will answer. This is only a prayer request. Thank you so much for your prayers!

Please pray for Sean as he broke his elbow and arm. He will be having surgery on Monday in Rochester. Pray that the surgeon has steady hands and the Lord will guide him to have a successful surgery and recovery.

I’m coming to the end of the semester, and I’m having trouble finishing the last paper, assignments and tests. Please pray that God will help me to finishing everything in a very healthy, efficient way. Pray that God will help me with the last paper especially, that I will get through it fast, and do very well. Pray that I will be able to quickly move on to focusing on future career goals, for after I graduate. Also, please pray for a possible new relationship. I don’t know how the Lord will lead, but I am going on a date with a very beautiful Christian lady, and I’d like your prayers that we communicate well, connect well, and get to know each other, because I haven’t dated in quite a while. Please pray for me, regarding a college British Lit paper on Hamlet. The professor loved my papers and thought I had incredible insights, but when I got to that paper it became a huge problem. My semi-autistic mind (I haven’t been diagnosed) got stuck on the maze that was Hamlet, and I must have spent 60 hours studying it in depth, and my great insights became an endless, tangled mess. I’m now late on the paper, and behind on other things. But I know God can do anything. Please pray that He will completely redeem, restore, and recover the value of all that time I poured into Hamlet. Pray that God will help me form it into a beautiful, powerful, well-written paper. Pray that the paper will be written in a healthy way, and that it will convey the love, character and beauty of the Lord. Pray that I will do well in that class, and pray for the grace to receive a good grade on that paper, even though it’s late. Thank you so much for your prayers.

Please pray for my friend who has had a number of health issues this year, most recently issues with his kidneys. He just learned he has an infection. He is a pastor of a small church, and his wife and kids have also had some health scares this year as well. He is struggling psychologically as well since this year has been so challenging.

Asking for prayers for 6 year old Quentin and his family. Quentin was just diagnosed with a brain tumor at the base of his spine. Some tumor cells have flowed halfway down his spine as well. The plan is to surgically remove the brain tumor on Wednesday, October 31 (very extensive) and then tackle the spinal lesion as well as the cancer remnants in the brain with chemo and radiation.

Please pray for my brother Troy- he got a DWI Sunday night. He has a severe alcohol problem, and deeper depression issues I believe. My family has swept it under the rug for years. But now that he has finally gotten caught with a DWI - he needs help so badly. I am so afraid for him, and for my parents and their finances, as they enable him and still support him in many ways. They are in a financial crisis themselves. They probably have $800 to their names - and live in a very old home that cannot be sold because it is far from meeting code. I trust God, but I am just so emotional today. Troy has court today at 1:30 at which point we will know more. I also am afraid that he could be suicidal. Please, please, please pray for my brother Troy and my parents.

For Mark Bahls. He was flown to Abbott Northwestern hospital on Wednesday and will be having surgery today to remove two large hematomas from his brain. Mark had a stroke 11 years ago that paralyzed his left side. The symptoms of the hematomas were in his functioning right side.

Please pray for my son Zach, who struggles with anxiety and fear. Pray that he understands God's great power and unfailing love for him. That he feels God's presence especially at night when his fears are greatest. Pray also that my husband and I will know how to help him through this and not get fatigued.
