This is the spot to get plugged and experience the fun and fulfilling joy of serving others. From Ckids to parking, leading worship to making coffee at The Coffee Bar, the opportunities are endless. Courageous
Courageous Internships are designed to develop students and young adults into world class leaders with spiritual integrity. All interns spend focused time developing spiritual disciplines and habits, learning leadership skills, engaging in practical “hands on” experience, and building authentic friendships.
Ministry Interns
Gain the experience you’ve been looking for by spending focused time with ministry leaders learning the skills you need to make a difference. Ministry interns learn key skills in planning, developing, communicating, executing, and evaluating. Ministry intern schedules are individualized and occur during 6-8-10 or 12 week blocks. College credit is available.
NextGen Internship
The NextGen Summer Internship is 10 weeks of development that transforms high school students into leaders who have the skills, wisdom, and endurance to be strong and courageous as they progress into young adulthood. Students serve on the Dream Team on the weekend and spend time during the week learning with their cohort and engaging in one-on-one training with a ministry coach.

We’re here to make a difference and we’re ready to sweat to see it happen. Our community comes to life when we activate our hands as an overflow of the life change that’s happened in our hearts. Locally we partner with community organizations to serve, and during our Groups season, we are out in our city each week getting the people done! In addition, we believe in both prayer and partnership. To support national and global efforts we donate 100% of the proceeds from The Coffee Bar at each campus to missions and others-focused organizations.
