Position Title: Communications Lead

Reports to: Communications Director

Position Status: Part Time 20 hours/week

Purpose: Connecting people to Jesus by working with all areas to create effective communication pieces about the vision and purpose of Hosanna.

Essential Functions:

· Social Media Lead

o Create written and digital content for Facebook and Instagram

o Schedule all posts and stories for both platforms

· Tier 2 and Tier 3 Project Lead

o Lead projects by putting together comms briefs, creating graphics, managing website listings and digital content pieces for project, writing marketing copy, and other needed items for each project

o Communicate and collaborate with various ministry areas on projects.

· Assist with graphic design, web, and social media video production needs as assigned

Position Title: Celebrate Recovery Ministry Lead 

Essential Roles:  Oversee Celebrate Recovery Ministry  

Reports to:  Adult Life Director

Position Status: Part Time: 25 hours/Week

Purpose: Connecting people to Jesus and others

• Caring – I want to see the one in need and be the one that serves 

• Team player – I want to give my all to make all of us better 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Completed a 12 Step Program through a Step Study or with a Sponsor 

• Have a year of sobriety (clean/sober or a year of working on your recovery of other hurts, habits and hang-ups) 

Essential Functions: 

• LMA – lead, manage, accountability 

• Celebrate Recovery Leaders and Groups 

• CR training 

• Coordinates Outreach and Oversees CR Jail Ministry
