Position Title: Children Lead  

Essential Roles:  1st-4th Grade Ministry  

Reports to:  Family Life Director 

Position Status:  Full Time 

Purpose: Connecting people to Jesus.

Essential Functions: 

• (LMA) Lead/Mentor/hold accountable life groups/leaders at Main and Highland 

• Plan/implement curriculum (Biblical Focus) and all tasks needed to minister to children and families  

• Coordinate and lead the 3rd Grade Bible Event (Faith Milestone) 

• Assist the Family Life team during programming  

• Lead the special events for Christmas, Easter, and VBS

Position Title: Nursery Care Provider

Essential Role: Provide exceptional Christ-centered care

Reports to: Nursery Ministry Director

Position Status: Part Time (up to 8 hours weekly)

Purpose: Connecting people to Jesus with the desired qualities of leading and living out our core values:

Essential Functions:

Provide exceptional care in the nursery at all worship services, Bible studies, special services, classes and other ministry events as requested by

o Actively engaging with children through play, activities, story time, etc.

o Sanitizing and cleaning of room/toys

Assisting the Director with any classroom needs

Attending a yearly nursery staff meeting
